The case for modernization is clear. Medicaid IT has a critical role in improving the consumer experiences of Medicaid providers and members. The modernization of Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) and other Medicaid IT solutions offer an opportunity for state Medicaid Agencies to be strategic and intentional about their product roadmaps in ways that improve health outcomes and reduce administrative burdens experienced by providers, beneficiaries & their families, and other participants in the system.
