Aly Hryciuk, MPH serves as the Business Development and Proposals Manager of Velatura Public Benefit Corporation, Michigan Health Information Network, and Interoperability Institute. In this role, Hryciuk is responsible for the successful promotion and sales of a wide variety of health data utility products and services, setting goals and development plans for business and revenue growth, and responding to numerous funding opportunities. By understanding partners’ needs and problems, Hryciuk consistently delivers effective, winning solutions to HIEs, state and federal governments, and large foundations.

Hryciuk is recognized as an advocate striving to continuously improve healthcare quality, efficiency, and patient safety by promoting secure, electronic health information exchange. She brings over 8 years of experience in the public health and interoperability space –aligning the people, organizations, and information to address health inequities across our country through cross-sector health data sharing.

Prior to joining the organizations, Hryciuk worked as an epidemiologist and researcher at a local county health department focusing on implications of mental health in adolescents. Her work has been published in numerous journals, including the Eastern Journal of Healthcare.
