Brian is one of the leaders of McKinsey & Company's Medicaid and state health and human services work. He leads their work with state Medicaid agencies on managed care strategy, procurement, contracting and performance management. He has also served states on Medicaid budget resiliency and
strategies to improve care for populations with complex needs, including behavioral health,
child welfare and long-term services and support. Brian also serves regional health plan clients
with a focus on strategy, market entry and performance improvement in Medicaid, Medicare
and dual-eligible products.
